Return policy
Our goal is to guarantee your complete satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return your unused item within 14 days from the date of delivery. The return may be sent only after an email has been sent to us by using the form on the Contact Us page in order to receive a return number and must have the following requisites:
* must not have been used, worn, washed nor damaged;
* must be sent in its original packaging;
* must have the Neutra-Tshirts return slip (to be found together with the Order Form);
* must reach us within 30 days from delivery date
* must be sent in one single shipping: we cannot accept returned items from the same order sent separately.
If all of the above required conditions are met we will refund your order value net of the original delivery charges. If not, we will give you the option of resending the items to your address at your own cost. If you reject the return shipment, Neutra-Tshirts reserves the right to liquidate the inventory and withhold credit.
Refund policy
Please note that your refund will be processed within 10-14 days from receipt of your return. Once Neutra-Tshirts receives, processes and accepts your return, you will receive an e-mail which confirms your refund. After the e-mail confirmation the credit should appear within two billing cycles depending on the refund policy of the credit card used or two months in case of debit card. Be aware that the currency date will be the date you ordered on Neutra-Tshirts (credit date = debit date), this means that no interests will be charged on your account. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased, we will send a refund to the purchaser, and he or she will find out about your return.
Neutra is not responsible for damaged or lost parcels if they are not delivered with Royal mail recorded, Parcel Force, UPS and DHL.
